    Ang diskriminasyon ay isang isyung patuloy parin lumaganap sa buong mundo. Ito’y nasa paligid simula noong 1400s ngunit nandiyan parin hanggang ngayon.   Lahat tayo ang sangkot sa problemang ito at tayo rin ang rason kung bakit ito patuloy na nabuhay sa ating lipunan. Mananatili itong problema sa bawat henerasyon kapag patuloy natin hintulutan ang mga di-makatarungang gawa ng isang mang-aapi.   Lahat ng tao ay ang ugat sa problemang ito, at kasali na ako doon. Simula bata pa ako, nasanay na akong sundin ang pamantayan sa ating lipunan. Kapag ikaw ay isang babae, ikaw lamang ay nababagay sa gawaing-bahay. At kapag ikaw ay isang lalake, dapat hindi ka mahina. Panghuli, kapag ikaw ay kayumanggi, hindi ka karapat-dapat maging parte sa lipunan. Marami pang ibang mga pamantayan sa atin na minsang naisip ko hindi na ito makatarungan.
