The Soul the Great Bell: A Reflection        The Son of Heaven had instructed an official Kouan-Yu to create a bell that would be heard for one hundred li. Kouan-Yu and his laborers worked hard to finish the bell. They showed it to the Son of Heaven but the Son of Heaven was disappointed for the metals failed to mix with each other. They tried and worked harder for the second bell but it was the same. The Son of Heaven was frustrated and ordered the death of Kouan-Yu if he cannot produce the bell on his third try.         Ko-Ngai, daughter of Kouan-Yu was afraid of his father's fate so she had consulted an astrologer to help his father. HOPE behind the “Indigent Life”: An ART RESPONSE

  “Indigent Life” was a painting by Bong Perez in 2012. The size of the painting is 80x 60 inches and its medium is oil on canvas. Bong Perez was born on April 15, 1970, in Davao City, Philippines. Before he went to Japan for a study grant in 1998, he worked for seven years as an art instructor at Philippine Science Highschool. He is currently teaching at the College of Social Science and Humanities, University of the Philippines Mindanao. His media are oil and acrylic with the subjects of landscapes, ethnic culture, and people in the urban areas. "What is important for me is a real understanding of the fundamental conditions pertaining to my country; and then my relation to these conditions. I believe that what is necessary for art is first an appreciation of the great ideas applicable to my country and then the achievement of a masterly freedom in expressing them" he said. “Indigent Life” portrays the poverty in the Philippines.   Ang pagbubuntis ng mga kabataan o kilala bilang “Teenage Pregnancy” ay kabilang sa mga napapanahong isyu sa ating mundong hinaharap. Ang isyung ito ay lumaganap sa iba't ibang bahagi ng bansa. Ngayon, hinaharap natin ang masakit na katotohanan na karamihan sa aking kapwa kabataan ay may sariling ng mga anak. Sa Pilipinas, lumaki ang porsyento ng 8% noong 2003 hanggang 10% noong 2013 ang mga bilang ng mga kababaihan na may edad 15-19, ayon sa 2013 National Demographic and Health Survey (NDHS) at ang 2013 Young Adult Fertility and Sexuality Study (YAFS). Ito ay seryosong problema na dapat pagtuonan ng pansin dahil hindi biro ang magpapalaki ng isang tao sa murang edad.   Ang pagtaas ng teenage pregnancy rate ay nag-ambag ng krisis sa populasyon ng bansa.
