"GUILTY AS CHARGED"
An Autobiographical Incident
Chelsea Aliganga
"Always tell the truth" she said.
One of the things that my mother taught me is honesty. As she said that "Without honesty, there is no trust" and I followed her advice and obeyed her. Because of what my mother taught me, I became friendly and respectful to the people around me. I have a lot of friends yet I don't know who's the truest among them all.
"It'll be fun!" they said.
My friends invited me for a trip. They said we'll create memories and to make our bond stronger. I knew my mom won't allow me so I told them that I can't go. They responded and told me, "Don't tell your mom the truth." I directly told my mom about it so she approved. Then I told my friends that my mom allowed me. I saw the smiles on their faces. So our trip began. All of us are having fun then I realized that having friends is one the things worth having. But on the other side of the story, I was guilty of what I've done to my mom. As I got home, I told my mom the truth and I said sorry to her. I regret all the things I've done.
"I'm sorry mom" I said.
I may have made a mistake but I'm thankful that my mom still accepted me and forgave me. So we are back in our normal lives. With my mom, I live such a wonderful life.
